it all starts today
Breakfast is at 8am. Some last minute grocery shopping and then Paul and Mark will set off. Their strategy go easy fo the first twenty miles and then giv'er. Justkidding of course. They plan to play it cool and conserve energy.
This is Anthea, Paul's wife. I feel far away and sad that I can't be on the road to help with the race, but I know Paul is in good hands. We are cheering for the guys but I've told everyone that the race is a total team effort.
